$40 million on Noosa Sound: a Queensland house record
Two adjoining waterfront blocks on Noosa Parade beat the state record by $6 million.

32–34 Noosa Parade, Noosa Heads, sold for $40 million through Tom Offermann Real Estate. The buyer has not been named.
The sale is two adjoining blocks totalling 1,222 square metres, with a 1980s house and two jetties. “There are only four other pairs on the Noosa Sound waterways,” Offermann said.
